1) Can I add a show or project name? - Sort of. Currently, the 'Notes' field is designed for this information. However, we are working on a function that will allow you to only view a specific show for the week. Most useful for dayplayers who frequently work on several different shows in a week. 2) Can I share my PDF sound report? - Yes. You can preview, print, email, archive in iBooks, or open in another app that can accept PDF files. Go to the "Fill Out Timecard" tab and tap the button on the bottom right. 3) How do I mark a day as a travel day? - Once you've selected the day on the 'Enter Time' screen, tap the 'airplane icon' on the top right. Once tapped, it will have a checkmark next to it, indicating that the day you've selected is a travel day. Any times you have written in are for your reference only. When you look up your timecard for the week, it will show that day as a travel day. If you are being paid as a work day, then you should not mark the day as a travel day. 4) How can I add rate info for each day/job? - Well...we aren't that app. You can add it in the notes if you like and it will display on your timecard, but we aren't doing any calculations because it doesn't change the times you've worked and that is ALL that matters to us. 5) Can I see a calendar view that shows all the days that I've worked? - No, not at the moment. This has been suggested and we are currently exploring that ability. We'll implement it only if it doesn't make the app more cumbersome. We want it to be fast and easy.
